When does my membership renew? Will I be reminded?
Memberships run on a one-year cycle from your join date. You'll receive automated reminders 30 days out, 7 days out, and on the renewal date. The renewal email contains a one-click link to renew.
What happens if my membership lapses?
Access to members-only sections (Rules, POY voting, Coach Directory, Certifications) pauses. Your profile and member data stay intact — you'll see a renewal banner on your profile, and a one-click renewal restores access immediately.
How do I access members-only content after I join?
Right away. After we confirm your payment, you'll receive a welcome email with login credentials. Members-only pages (marked with a lock icon in the navigation) unlock immediately.
Can I expense my membership through my athletic department?
Yes. After joining we provide a receipt suitable for reimbursement. If your athletic department prefers to be invoiced directly for one or more coaches, reach out at info@nhhsgolfcoaches.org.
